The scope under this package is to construct 20 blocks of Ground Stilt / 2 storied structure accommodating 5 dwelling units in each block (Total 100 Dus for JCOs ) and 137 blocks of ground /stilt +2 storied structure accommodating 5 dwelling units in each bock (Total 685 dwelling units for ORs) with all civil work, water supply, plumbing and sanitary installation , electrical works, complete in all respect.
Source development work of electrical and water supply system, disposal of sewerage to the external sewage system , construction of substation and MES service center, Underground water sump, sewage sump and pump house, diesel generator room and pump room, boundary wall and security wall with gate, road and foot path , site clearance and area grading .
